The destination log directory path where this data is stored and accessed from is %localappdata%\SaRALogs\UploadLogs. The table below provides information such as scenario type, data collection source, data collection path and data collection files. Double-click Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool and follow the onscreen instructions in this order: a) Select your language from the menu in the upper right. To run the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool, double-click the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.dmg file. Enter your access credentials if prompted to do so. Download the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool. Select Check Names to pull up the remote computer's full path in LOCATION\NAME format. There are many dedicated tools (softwares) that you can use to fix missing or corrupted registry keys. The following image is an example screen where log files are collected during a scenario and there are options to view the log files and to send the logs to Microsoft. Check Use the recommended options for this PC and click Next. Choose Create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD, or ISO file) for another PC. The only time you would want to send log files from the Support and Recovery Assistant to Microsoft is when you are working with Microsoft Support and the log files need to be reviewed. Run Media Creation Tool and click Accept. When you run a scenario in the Support and Recovery Assistant, some log files may be created and you will be given an opportunity to send these files to Microsoft.
